The anti-meth billboards avail nothing. You are in hell you will not be a rude awakening (no pun intended), a methamphetamine addict.
For one day all the meth heads, we havnt heard drowning in an attempted mass suicide their new cult

When it rains, it floods, because Las Vegas did not speak to storm drains. The posters will be given if no one else to set them. Las Vegas has launched a campaign against methamphetamine, but because the fences are in place, you can not just demand that change society. Instead, they must wait until a new version is available.
Sin City? What it is, but if you could then flood spill.
