What are the best kind of shoes for step class? (Aerobics)? - step aerobics classes
I have heard that the shoes do not offer enough lateral support for the movement from right to left, but what are the best ways to wear shoes for the class of step (aerobics and step in that) exit a box? There are lots of jumps, rebounds, and the implications if I go. No salesman in the shoe shops I've come for me to offer much advice. Who knows where a brand / type of shoes available? Thank you.
