Delaware Land Surveyors Test Mobile Home On Leased Land Question (Delaware)?

Mobile home on leased land question (Delaware)? - delaware land surveyors test

My husband owns a mobile home that my parents bought. The first time I bought the motor home of my mother, who was retired and was here since the Treaty, a man and his name. We have his name, his contract included because he was an old dog in Fast Forward 20 years, mother has died, the dog park and now wants a census and a background check. Currently, the house was from my college son and my husband and my season use. The park will complete the background checks for everyone over 18 years. We rely on and have about 50 million miles and a plane invested here because it is our retirement home. Could lose I fear that our FICA score and the absence of more than 18 members of our family we make our home. We are on schedule in the lease and our house is in first class conditions. It seems to me wrong, would be subject to after almost 25 years here at the whim of the day. Help!

You need to talk to someone, the legality of what the White Park.

Because they mention that the house was used seasonally by her husband, I guess you are in the county of Sussex. Chris White, with Community Legal Aid Society has some experience with mobile home parks. E-mail Chris White, can be viewed at the left of the name in the link below. Cause if you do not help you personally, this is what someone might.

The park tries to make it a safer place to live for all, if you have a bad criminal record, or any person who live there, ask in their right to leave you. Your FICA score would not run on the commands. Could, however, if you do not pay in the past, a tenancy at the last minute, will also be asked to leave.

They do not care about your FICA score or a misdemeanor. You are on the lookout for predators and other criminals. Probably in another park sued for it with background checks and stole a resident (or dead) were a bad guy in the park not informed. I think we should be glad the park is taking a proactive approach to security.

It does not explain how he has his name on the contract. The leases are updated at regular intervals and at a certain point, should his name had been added, which confirms the owner. Read your lease, and Google the owner / tenant laws in your state. Unless it is part of the lease, the landlord is not a credit check and return to the crime.

The park offers a virtually crime free, drug-free community. That is why the census. If you follow the rules, you will have no problems. They are about the crime in progress .. crime affected not old
